• Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Global Postdoctoral Fellowship 2025: Awarded over €450,000 to carry out research programme QuarkWave, “Gravitational-Wave Asteroseismology: Probing Deconfined Quark Matter in Neutron Stars”.
• Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions European Postdoctoral Fellowship 2023: Awarded over €200,000 to carry out research programme DynTideEOS, “Constraining dense nuclear matter with the dynamical tides of neutron stars”. Fellowship is being carried out at Utrecht University, Netherlands.
• Institute of Physics Gravitational Physics Group Thesis Prize 2021: Awarded for excellence in physics research and communication in PhD thesis. Came with
  • invitation to submit Classical and Quantum Gravity article (“Gravitational waves from neutron-star mountains”),
  • invitation to deliver talk at the 22nd BritGrav Conference (“Gravitational waves from deformed neutron stars”) and
  • £500 cash prize.
• Southampton Theory, Astrophysics and Gravity best publication in gravitational physics 2021: Awarded for best postgraduate publication (Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society article “Modelling neutron star mountains in relativity”)
